Mario, from the Bergese farm in Bra, has one unique mission: producing the hazelnuts he simply describes as "beautiful" whereas we consider them perfect. Hazelnuts with a sweet flavor and deep mineral notes, with a full and round taste with no bitterness and burnt tones. Mario doesn't want to be a pastry chef. He is a farmer and he has chosen to have his product remain "as close to the fields" as possible by processing it as little as possible: the Bergese hazelnuts are shelled and toasted unbroken or proposed in grains, as flour or cream, with no added ingredients. To close the loop, Mario announces triunphant: few years have been as successful in its hazelnut groves as the latter.
