Ardì is the Piedmontese translation of "ardito". Nothing more appropriate, since the Adriano family dared to vinify the famous Piedmontese Moscato Bianco (commonly in the sweet and sparkling form) in the most futuristicand brave of the ways: dry, firm. After a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature to protect and preserve the aromatic facet of this grape, the wine spends a short time on the lees before being bottled. While retaining all its peculiarities, with hints of sage and lemon on the nose and a pleasant acidity and persistence, Ardì amazes for its extraordinary versatility: from the aperitif to follow, a fresh and convivial bottle that we have been waiting for for some time. Long live the heresies!
Variety: Moscato Bianco
Adriano Marco e Vittorio is a family-run farm in the heart of the Langhe, in Alba, where three active and working generations make it the perfect cover story for wine. The Adriano family cultivates and vinifies only their own grapes with the aim of producing wines that best interpret this land. In their vineyards no chemical herbicides are used, and the company's photovoltaic systems cover the entire energy needs of the cellar, where even the waste water is purified.
