Gentle, fresh and balsamic unifloral honey produced from the ancient lime trees that surround our farmhouse in Sommariva di Bosco. A raw honey, rich in antioxidants and with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Zen and versatile, it is ideal for sweetening herbal teas, as a sugar substitute in cakes and biscuits or as an emulsifier for sauces and marinades.

Braja was born from a vegetable garden, a small and generous piece of land on our family's farm in Sommariva del Bosco which gave us its abundant and delicious fruits during the summer of 2020. Fruits so abundant that we decided to transform them and share them. Braja's project starts from the earth.
