The Native Grapes of Piedmont €35
A class dedicated to the less known native Piedmontese vines but which deserve all our attention to safeguard the biodiversity of our territory.
In this Wine Class you will taste: a Classic Method of Arneis, Nascetta di Novello, Timorasso dei Colli Tortonesi, Grignolino del Monferrato, Pelaverga di Verduno and Freisa.

All About Nebbiolo €50
A masterclass with a focus on the king of the hills of Piedmont, the one who needs no introduction. The noble Nebbiolo interpreted by the different wine areas of our region.
In this Wine Class you will taste: a Classic Method of Roero, a Nebbiolo from the Langhe and one from Roero, a Gattinara and finally the most renowned Barolo and Barbaresco.

Bubbles drive me (pet) nats €40
Are you also passionate about bubbles and are you thirsty waiting for 6 in the afternoon to uncork one? We are with you! We want you to discover the panorama of Piedmontese bubbles. But not only wine!
In this Wine Class you will taste: a Pet Nat cider and a Classic Method, a Pet Nat of Quagliano, a Classic Method of Arneis and one of Nebbiolo and finally a blend of Barbera and Freisa.

Sisi we know that Piedmont is known as the region of Nebbiolo and the great wines it gives us. But our territory is rich in native white grape varieties that our producers cultivate to give life to white wines of great importance and longevity.
In this Wine Class you will taste: Arneis Classic Method, Baratuciat, Nascetta di Novello, Timorasso dei Colli Tortonesi and Val Borbera and Cortese in macerated version.

Literally. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and master the art of fresh stuffed pasta. With stone-ground flour from the Agrimulino La Cascina dei Conti, eggs from La Gallina Contadina, the stuffing of seasonal vegetables from our garden and cheeses from nearby farms. Shall we put on the water?

The Harvest Walk
GARDEN EXPERIENCE* | €35
A walk in the biointensive garden of Braja to learn the basic concepts of market gardening, harvest ripe vegetables, build your own Farmer's Box and take it home.
