A masterclass with a focus on the king of the hills of Piedmont, the one who needs no introduction. Nebbiolo will be declined in the unconventional versions of the Classic Method, in the territorial ones of Langhe and Roero, and in the more renowned ones of Barolo, Barbaresco and Gattinara.
