If craft beers are an expression of the creative flair of the master brewer, for agricultural beers the bar is even higher: they start from the cultivation of the ingredients used, putting the recipe at the service of the raw material. Antonello Musso of Azienda Agricola Frè , in Carrù, is a pioneer in the Italian agricultural beers scene: he grows the barley and hops used in his beers. Only endogenous sources, internal to the company, sustainably grown to create beers with a marked territorial character.
