Saturday 19 February at 17 we are waiting for you in Braja's house for an afternoon with your hands in the dough. Together with our Pasta Specialist, we will prepare ravioli with stone-ground flour from La Cascina dei Conti and eggs from La Gallina Contadina filled with blue sheep's milk and blue goat's milk.
